Would you like to learn more about Compassion Community Clinic? We would love the opportunity to meet with you and give you a tour of our facility. If you are a dental professional or business owner, we’d love to set up a “Lunch and Learn” to share a short presentation about how CC Clinic, YOU and your TEAM could make an even bigger difference in our community.
- Kathy Secrist, Executive Director
Karen comes to the clinic with 25-plus years of clerical experience in various fields. She feels blessed to have two daughters and one grandson. She is active in her church and loves helping others. In her "downtime," she loves to read mystery/detective novels as well as crochet.
Would you like to join us as we serve our community? Our goal is to provide a
comfortable environment for our patients
where they feel the love of Jesus from
the moment they walk into the door.
Our hope is that each patient will allow us to pray with them prior to their treatment. It is a blessing to share our story with our patients and guests, and we’re blessed to have Janis, Roxanne and Deborah on our team!

Compassion Community Clinic (CC Clinic) is a non-profit dental clinic that offers “Health and Hope” to low-income, uninsured adults in our community. CC Clinic is the first and only ongoing, faith-based, free dental clinic in Northern Nevada. In Washoe County, 1 in 4 adults is estimated to have no dental insurance. This equates to thousands of adults who need access to the dental care that CC Clinic provides. Patients are served two to three times a month with sincere concern for their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Since CC Clinic opened in December 2013, we have provided patients:
- $575,000 worth of free dental treatment
- More than 995 appointments serving 410 patients
- Offered comforting prayer to every patient

CC Clinic would like to thank the community for attending this year’s “Celebrate the Son” concert on March 3 at South Reno Baptist Church. We were proud to provide an opportunity to unite the musical talents of several local groups and create a night of worship and praise.
Throughout the evening, we heard amazing performances from bands including Celebrate Recovery Praise Band from Summit Christian Church, His Piper Worship Team from Sparks Nazarene Church, Backstage Pass, South Reno Baptist’s worship leader Danny Beas and 4 His Glory. We also enjoyed a call to worship by bagpiper Maria DeLallo, and KTVN news anchor Kristen Remington graciously hosted the evening for us as the emcee.
In all, our event generated approximately $6,000 from donations and silent auction bids, which was enough to provide free dental care for about 25 patients here at CC Clinic. Thank you to Pat Eby and all of those who volunteered at our silent auction, as well as those who attended and enjoyed the talents of our musicians in support of our clinic’s mission!
What an incredible day God provided for us on June 2, 2018.
Compassion Community Clinic's first Golf Outing was a complete success thanks to
the hard work of David Stieg, our Board of Directors and staff. The team at
ArrowCreek Golf Course was fantastic and everyone had a great time! We've learned
a lot for next year's event and it's going to be awesome! We hope you'll join us!
